Rebecca holds a degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, which she credits with awakening her passion for AI and the big questions in technology and society. Prior to founding Quantum Thought, she built an advanced AI software platform for firmographics and sales enablement which is now a fast-growing company called Neural Edge. Her travels in over 50 countries and exchanges with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, have reinforced her commitment to continuously seeking to gain insight into how technology might help societies for the better both at home and abroad. A strong proponent of ethical technology advancement in Artificial Intelligence, Rebecca currently serves as the AI ethics board member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and is a frequent guest speaker on ethical technology. Rebecca strongly believes that quantum computing is the key that will unlock the full potential of AI as well as technology as a whole, and is proud to be at the forefront of this revolution.

Skip started his career after college with Ziff-Davis Publishing as part of their Information Access Division and then went to Quote.com (backed by Sequoia Capital) to help them scale (sold to Lycos). At the same time, Skip founded then sold a chain of health clubs to 24 hour Fitness. Skip has volunteered time over the years serving on various boards including Henry Kravis Leadership (at CMC), Bellarmine College Prep Dad's club, Hillsborough Schools Foundation, Hillsborough Little League and more. Skip spends his time studying quantum mechanics, boxing and spending time his family.
Maithreyi Gopalakrishnan is a master’s student in Stanford’s Management Science and Engineering program, focusing on photonics and quantum algorithms. She previously worked in process engineering at Intel, and founded an international cleantech startup called Surya Conversions. Maithreyi holds a physics MS/BS from the University of Colorado-Boulder. An avid dancer, Maithreyi spends much of her free time dancing with the Cardinal Ballet Company.
